Christmas donation 2024
Because life is wonderful
During the festive time of the year, we like to set an example and refrain from sending customer gifts. Instead, we have once again decided to donate a fixed amount of money per employee to a regional charity. This year, our donation goes to Gut Feismann, an animal-assisted children's hospice in Nottuln-Darup in Münsterland.
Gut Feismann: A place of hope
In 2016, the Feismann couple acquired an old farmhouse and lovingly renovated it. The dream was to create a retreat for families facing special challenges. Today, Gut Feismann is aimed in particular at families with the diagnosis of a child with a life-limiting illness. Not only the affected children and young people and their families are welcome here, but also parents who are looking for a place to grieve and remember their stillborn baby.
Guided and protected
A central component of the work at Gut Feismann is the children's encounters with animals. These loving companions - including horses, dogs, cats, sheep, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and even tortoises - bring joy and comfort. Being close to animals often has an amazing effect on children's well-being and revitalizes the whole family. Here they find space and time for body and soul while creating unforgettable memories together.
Support through donations
The stay at Gut Feismann is free of charge for hospice guests and their families. The service is financed solely by donations. We are delighted to be able to make a small contribution to the team and guests at Gut Feismann with our Christmas donation. In addition to Carolin and Stefan Feismann, an interdisciplinary team takes care of the guests' needs and the maintenance of the entire estate. With great attention to detail, this creates a trusting and supportive environment.
With this in mind, we wish our partners, suppliers and customers as well as our employees and their families a peaceful Christmas season and all the best for the new year 2025.
